Here We Stand

CHORUS

Here we stand

Standing for the Lord

Never going back again

To the world and evil ways

Here we stand

Fighting for the Lord

We will fight a good fight

To stay in the will of the Lord

VERSE 1

So be strong in the Lord

In the power of his might

Put on the whole armor of God

That ye may be able to stand

Gird your loins with truth

Take up the shield of faith

And with the sword of the spirit

We will overcome

Here we stand

Standing for the Lord

Never going back again

To the world and evil ways

Here we stand

Fighting for the Lord

We will fight a good fight

To stay in the will of the Lord

For we wrestle not

Against flesh and blood

But against principalities

And the powers of this world

Casting down

Every evil thought

That exalts itself

Against the word of God

INTERLUDE

Here we stand

Standing for the Lord

Never going back again

To the world and evil ways

Here we stand

Fighting for the Lord

We will fight a good fight

To stay in the will of the Lord

I’m gonna fight a good fight

I’m gonna fight for what is right

I’m gonna fight the enemy

Fight a good fight, in Jesus name

INTERLUDE

Here we stand

Standing for the Lord

Never going back again

To the world and evil ways

Here we stand

Fighting for the Lord

We will fight a good fight

To stay in the will of the Lord
