INTRO
Comfort ye, comfort ye my people
Thus saith the Lord
Speak comfortably to Jerusalem
Cry unto her
That her warfare is accomplished
Her Iniquity is pardoned
Ooh the Lord my God
Is my good shepherd
His rod and his staff
They comfort us
Shepherd the people who come to you
Show them the way to the Lord
Speak the word of God to them
Show them love
Comfort ye the people, Comfort ye
Tell them everything is gonna be alright
Tell them God will take care of them, God will provide
God loves his people so very much
We are the sheep of his hand
Every little lamb is a precious soul
He saved us with his precious blood
You must comfort little lambs, you must comfort the sheep
You must help them stand on their feet
You must visit them, you must gather them,
This is how to shepherd the sheep
Shepherd the people who come to you
Show them the way to the Lord
Speak the word of God to them
Show them love
Comfort ye the people, Comfort ye
Tell them everything is gonna be alright
Tell them God will take care of them, God will provide
