You Must Love the Lord

VERSE 1

We know that all things

Work together for good

To them that love the Lord, to them who are the called

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard,

Nor have they entered the heart of man

The things God has prepared for those who love him

You must love the Lord

Give him all your heart

You must love the Lord because it’s the greatest commandment

Child of God

You must love the Lord

Give him your very heart

You must love the Lord. My Child

VERSE 2

Because he hath set his love upon me

Therefore will I deliver him

I’ll set him on high because he hath known my name

He shall call upon me, I’ll answer him

I will be with him in trouble

I will deliver him. I will honor him

You must love the Lord

Give him all your heart

You must love the Lord because it’s the greatest commandment

Child of God

You must love the Lord

Give him your very heart

You must love the Lord. My Child

INTERLUDE

He’s your Lord and he’s your God

He’s your creator, your savior

He died for you and he really loves you

CHORUS

Child of God

You must love the Lord

Give him your very heart

You must love him

CHORUS

Child of God

You must love the Lord

Give him your very heart

You must love him

VAMP

You must love him Sweet Jesus!

Give him your very heart

With long life he’ll satisfy you

And show you his salvation Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh

You must love the Lord
